Product Returns

Due to the sensitivity of our products to storage conditions after receipt, the return of orders is not acceptable.

In the event that you receive other products than those you ordered or there is any other problem for which our company is responsible, then we will replace the products, and all costs of the replacement will be borne by the company.

You will need to return the order to us within 14 days, at our own expense, after having previously contacted us.

The products to be replaced must be in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. they have not been unsealed and their packaging has not been tampered with, they must not have been used and must be accompanied by all relevant proof of the transaction (Retail Sales Receipt or Invoice).

In the event that you wish to receive a refund and not a replacement, the refund will be made in the same way that you chose to pay for your order (bank deposit, card).

The time required to complete the refund process is approximately 14 business days from the day we receive the product(s).

In case of cash on delivery, your refund will be made by bank deposit.

If the return is not made within the period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, the company has the right not to accept the products and not to replace them.
